About Me

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 1998 and have consistently gained valuable experience in counseling ever since.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, challenging children (ADHD, Oppositional Defiant), teenagers, personal growth, and navigating relationships with difficult people.

I have a particular talent for working with oppositional adolescents and children, as well as the families who love them. Through our work together, my clients have been able to improve their depression and anxiety by changing their thoughts and behaviors.

I believe in creating a warm and comfortable environment where you can feel empowered to make the changes you want to see in your life. My approach is rooted in the principles of acceptance and tolerance, and I welcome all with understanding.

By balancing compassion and accountability, I help my clients move forward towards their goals. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing to create a personalized approach that matches your motivation for change.

I recognize that prioritizing your emotional well-being can be challenging, and I honor the difficulties that bring you to therapy. Together, we can work towards creating a sense of peace and harmony in our lives. Get started on your journey by reaching out through our website.
